Yes, either upload it in the brief form or choose the email option and send it straight after submitting.

03Can I upgrade later to the full revamp?

Yes. If you want Kagiso to do the rewrite after the review, your R150 review fee is credited toward the R400 CV Revamp, so you only pay the R250 difference.
